It is reported that Vietnam’s Hoa Sen Group planned to invest approximately US$103.36 million to develop an annual production capacity to 120,000 tons of sheet decoiling plant in Thailand.
There company includes Hoa Sen Group, Assava Metal (Thailand) Co and BK Metal Sheet.
Meanwhile, there three companies have already signed MOU on March 30 2013.
The Vietnamese company will be holed a 51% majority shareholding but the Thai companies have not finalized their stakes yet.
Besides, the companies plan to locate the plant at Kabin Buri district in Prachin Buri Province in order to settle the plant location.
