Dow Water & Process Solutions signs a trademark licensing agreement with SPC ?ECOSOFT? Ltd. as part of the ingredient branding program focused on water residential segment. Ecosoft will use and market Dow Filmtec reverse osmosis membranes to manufacture water systems in Ukraine.
Dow Water & Process Solutions, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company and Ecosoft, one of the leading Ukrainian producers of water filter and systems, signed a trademark licensing agreement on September 27, 2013. Under the terms of the agreement, Ecosoft will use Dow Filmtec Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membranes to manufacture water systems and filters for home drinking water applications and will highlight the Dow Filmtec RO Brand on its marketing collateral. This agreement is part of Dow Water & Process Solutions? ingredient branding program with the objective of increasing the visibility of Dow Filmtec with consumers in the residential segment.
