Roberts PolyPro, a product packaging solutions provider powered by Pro Mach, will present new high-speed robotic bottle handle applicators at Pack Expo this year.
The new CM-30 and CM-60 robotic bottle handle applicators can handle up to 30 or 60 cases per minute.
By using the advanced Roberts PolyPro fully recyclable HDPE extruded handles, the applicators ensure optimum flexibility in pack configurations from single bottle handles up to 12 packs and various combinations in between, the company said.
As the robot is inverted mounted under the top of the machine's frame, the new series of applicators require less space when compared to other robotic applicators.
These new applicators come with ProTech by Pro Mach, which is said to be a highly secure remote monitoring for overall equipment effectiveness data and remote tech support and service capability.
Roberts PolyPro sales director Chris Turner said: "High speed, small footprint, flexibility in handle application, low-cost/high functionality handles, and ProTech make this new series of robotic bottle handle applicators an outstanding solution and value.
"The remote monitoring and services and tech support features can have a profound impact on uptime and throughput, making the packaging operation ever more competitive. Pack Expo provides a great opportunity to see this new system in action."
Shuttleworth, also powered by Pro Mach, will present two conveying demonstrations at Pack Expo.
The Shuttleworth servo loop demonstration incorporates fully automated in-feeding, vision-based rejection, combining, and dividing of products, while the bakery loop integrates a stainless V-Clean Slip-Torque conveyor with a KLEENLine lane switch module.
