PV conductive paste maker Giga Solar Materials posted consolidated revenues of NT$750 million (US$24.8 million) for January, hitting a record for the seventh consecutive month and increasing 28.69% on month and 93.59% on year, according to the company.
The revenue growth was due to booming orders for front-side silver paste from Taiwan, China, the US and Japan, Giga Solar indicated. The company has received related orders with shipments scheduled through March.
Taiwan-based solar-grade crystalline silicon wafer maker Green Energy Technology has reported January consolidated revenues of NT$1.341 billion, a 29-month high, the company noted.
Taiwan-based crystalline silicon solar cell makers Neo Solar Power recorded 35-month high consolidated revenues of NT$2.424 billion while and Solartech Energy has reported a 29-month high of NT$857 million, for January.
