(China Glass Network)The"Twelfth Five-year Development Plan of PV Power Generation"has been officially issued on September 12 by National Energy Administration,total planning target of PV power generation during the"Twelfth Five-year Plan"has been set for 21 million KW,amount for PV and heat power generation is 20 million KW and 1 million KW.The development plan also set installation amount of 20 million KW with total investment of 250 billion RMB.
It is worthwhile to note that the plan has clarified that development of distributed PV power generation will be the key filed of the future domestic PV market application.The plan will also supervise and urge the government and enterprises to actively implement the supporting policies.It also encourages the enterprises to make annexation and reorganization under the market principle and weed out backward production capacity.The government will support the key enterprises to grasp core technology,to promote their core competitiveness and strictly control admittance threshold of manufacturing market.
Distributed PV power generation of the plan mainly adopts patterns of independent power generation by the families and the factories,to avoid problems of centralized access of power grid and long-distance transportation.
