CAP Replace Tubes Orders From China's WISCO

It is reported that Chilean CAP Minería, the mining branch of Chile's integrated steel group CAP, announced to replace tubes orders from China's Wuhan Iron and Steel Corp. (Wisco). The total tubes orders to 12,847 tons include sizes for 20-inch and 22-inch diameters along with different thicknesses. Meanwhile, the tubes will be used for construction of an aqueduct in the city of Tierra Amarilla, in the northern region of Atacama and it will also be able to supply water to CAP's Cerro Negro iron ore mining project. In addition, the project will expect to begin in first half of 2013.
