"Industry crisis in the final analysis is the crisis of talents.The lack of science and technology support is one of factors that restrict the development."said Shahe municipal party secretary Qu Bing.In order to introduce,keep and use the talents well and promote the transformation of industry,Shahe government sets four principles,talents development priority,talents structure planning priority,talents investment priority and talents regulation innovation priority.In order to reward the talents,they sent a series of awards,such as mayor special award,technology project award,and Science and technology personnel contribution award.And they also help the talents to solve the children schooling,spouse placement and medicine problems.What's more,they cooperated with Wuhan University of Technology to establish glass technology research center.20 experts carry on the research and technology guidance long in the research center.They also send 30 doctors and masters to carry research annually.
