Roy Hough, long-time manager at Advanced Sports International, is joining Hutchinson Tire North America as general manager, Hutchinson announced Friday.
Hough, who most recently was national sales manager at ASI, will be responsible for?Hutchinson's bicycle tire division in North America.
"I'm excited to manage a cycling company that develops the most cutting edge bicycle tire technology in the world," Hough said. "With UST, Road Tubeless and Serenity technology, Hutchinson has both the technical capabilities and 150 years of manufacturing experience with a rich heritage of producing world class products. You can't find that often today."
The company said Hough's priorities for Hutchinson will be improving the IBD sales channel and promoting the brand's tire technology.
