Iceland Is Recalling 4 Chinese Pork Quarter Pounders

Iceland, a UK-based establishment, is recalling 4 Chinese Pork Quarter Pounders as it may contain soya that is not declared on the label, according to the Food Standards Agency (FSA).

The product subject to the recall is 454g Iceland 4 Chinese Pork Quarter Pounders with Best before date 18 December 2013.

Iceland has contacted the relevant allergy support organizations, which will notify its members about the recall and Point-of-sale notices will be displayed in stores. No other Iceland products are affected by the recall.

Consumers allergic to soya are advised not to consume the recalled product and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Consumption of the recalled product may cause health risk in people allergic or sensitive to soya.
