Dalian Wanda Group Corporation Ltd. is set to hold a foundation stone laying ceremony for its tourism resort project in Nanchang today.
The project, expected to come into use in 2015, will cover an area of nearly 300 hectares. With a building area of 4.75 million square meters, the CNY 40 billion project will include a movie park, a theme park, a commercial center and hotels.
Wanda Group plans to build five such tourism resort projects in cities like Hefei, Wuxi and Guangzhou.
