US-based Fringe Benefit Group has introduced a range of insurance plans, Framework benefits, designed specifically for part-time workers
Framework benefits will include dental, vision, critical illness, short-term disability, life insurance, and accident plans as well as benefits package, communication and enrollment services, and billing and premium payment options for employers.
In order to meet the needs of individual customers, Framework benefits team and brokers will work closely to customize plan design, pricing, communication, implementation, and enrollment.
Commenting on the launch, Fringe Benefit national accounts vice president John Conkling said that the Framework will provide supplemental benefit product with unmatched communication and enrollment services for employers.
"Our billing and premium payment options take the place of enrollment companies and consolidated billing firms, so we can deliver better benefits at a lower cost, which provides a powerful solution for employers who want to offer benefits to their part-time workforce," Conkling added.
