New retail arm of Educational Essentials opens its doors.
The new retail arm of Educational Essentials - Toy Essentials - has officially opened its doors.
Headed up by Robin Bennett (pictured centre), Toy Essentials will launch with a tight and focused range with direct relevance to the retail sector.
Brands will include Dunecraft, a concept which is new to the UK and designed to teach children about growing plants. The Dunecraft collection includes a range of products such as Carnivorous Creations, the Princess Garden, the Dinosaur Plant and Dragon's Lair.
In addition, Toy Essentials will offer Wedgits (a multi dimensional building kit), Plasmacar, Klinky and and SuperMag Maxi from Plastwood, plus the award winning Hoberman Spheres collection.
Sales and marketing for the new business - which will be run from the Educational Essentials HQ in Minchinhampton near Stroud - will be headed up by Sandra Cambridge, with support from Amy Matthews and team.
Further developments, including the appointment of key regional sales agents, will be announced later this month.
"Educational Essentials has been a real success story," commented Bennett. "We have built a strong reputation within the educational sector and have secured exclusive distribution rights for a number of high profile brands.
"With the launch of Toy Essentials, we are now in a position to offer our customers the benefit of our many years of retail experience, as well as the opportunity to further expand our UK distribution channels."
