British Colombia-based Assure Group Benefits has implemented Symbility Solutions' Adjudicare software for adjudication of health and dental claims.
The web-based software will enable the firm to bring claims administration in-house in an effort to provide increased flexibility of plan designs to sponsors and higher standard of service to its customers, according to the company.
The company will also transition all of its existing accounts to the platform, to provide its clients with access to online claims and administration portals, and also help them to significantly lower claims payment times.
Adjudicare is used by insurance brokers and third party administrators throughout Canada to adjudicate health and dental claims on behalf of their group benefit clients.
