The Holden Captiva Line-up Has Been Upgraded for 2013

The Holden Captiva line-up has been upgraded for 2013 with a new six-speed automatic transmission introduced across the mid-sized Captiva 5 and large Captiva 7 ranges.

Both Holden Captiva models score the brand’s Gen II six-speed automatic, which Holden says brings drive quality improvements. Additionally, all diesel models feature a revised final drive ratio designed to further improve top-end performance.

The 2013 update also sees the addition of the high-grade Holden Captiva 5 LTZ trim level, which brings 19-inch alloy wheels, rain-sensing wipers, leather upholstery, heated front seats and an eight-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat to the SUV.

The LTZ specification adds $3K over the mechanically equivalent base model, now badged Captiva 5 LT.

Two new exterior paint colours – Snowflake Pearl and Sandy Beach – complete the updates to the line-up.
