Rotoline Has Launched The Carrossel Independent-Arm Rotational Molding Machine

Rotoline Industrial Equipment Ltda., a Brazilian affiliate of Reduction Engineering Inc., Kent, Ohio, has launched the Carrossel independent-arm rotational molding machine, said to be one of the industry's most efficient and economical carousel molding units. It features Rotoline's unique round oven and "reverse air recirculation" with a more powerful oven burner system for more efficient heat distribution. Efficiency is improved by balancing the recirculation fan, exhaust fan, and the burner position, with control software that reduces gas consumption and cycle time, according to the company. The company's novel circular oven has no "dead space" and is said to be the most efficient in the market, providing up to 20% greater fuel efficiency. The three-arm machine comes with straight or optional offset arms, which can be adjusted independently. It has five stations— Oven, pre-cooling, cooling, unloading, and loading.
