Ruukki is to launch a new T130 load-bearing sheet for use in warehouse, shopping centre and sports arena roofs, for example. The new T130M microprofiled version replaces the earlier T130 model.
The T130M load-bearing sheet has CE-marking and differs from the earlier version in that it has microprofiled top and bottom flanges. Microprofiling increases the load-bearing capacity of the sheets.
Material is saved since less/thinner steel is now needed to support the same load. Savings in load-bearing sheet material can be achieved especially by using Ruukki's Poimu software to design the structure and to identify the optimum structural model and load-bearing sheet for the building. The new product is available from Ruukki's extensive sales network and Ruukki also provides customers with technical support
