Firm expands product line-up in response to 'consumer demand for moveable toys designed to develop children's physical skills.'
Little Tikes is celebrating its largest collection of trikes and ride-ons to date and has promised 'even more to come' this year.
The firm has expanded its product line-up for 2014 in response to 'consumer demand for moveable toys designed to develop children's physical skills.'
For young movers, babies and beginners, Little Tikes offers the 4-in-1 Trike, designed to grow with a child through four separate learning stages.
For children aged nine months, parents can push and control the trike themselves. At 12 months – the learning stage – the trike enables the child to learn to use the pedals while control of steering remains with the parent.
For children aged 18 months and over, the trike can be both child and parent powered, allowing the child to both steer and pedal along with the parent. Finally, for kids aged 30 months and above, full control is offered to the child.
Retailing at £69.99, the 4-in-1 Trike Basic Edition is available in pink and blue and features a five point seatbelt harness and safety bar, an extra large storage bucket, a removable shade canopy and a detachable parent handle.
Meanwhile, the 4-in-1 Trike Sports Edition is available in pink, blue or red and retails at £99.99. In addition to the Basic Edition features, the Sports Edition includes a padded seat and a beverage holder.
Further to the 4-in1- Trike line, the Deluxe Edition features a removable DiscoverSounds Dash with engine start, engine revving, police and fire siren sounds.
The Deluxe Edition retails at £89.99.
Completing the line-up is Little Tikes' new Jelly Beans. Launching this Spring, the Jelly Beans are available in two colours – pink or red – and feature easy grip handles an four handles. The Jelly Bean is designed to encourage the development of motor skills among kids aged 12 months and upwards.
The Jelly Bean retails at £12.99.
