Adhesive and fluid dispensing equipment manufacturer Ashby Cross is set to introduce a new pneumatic table-top DXBG Table-Top Adhesive Dispenser for two-part adhesives.
The dispenser is constructed of corrosion resistant plastic and 316 stainless steel wetted parts and is simple to refill and operate. It has foot pedal control and provides accurate piston metering.
According to the company, the Ashby Cross DXBG Table-Top Adhesive Dispenser is a positive displacement piston metering unit for two-part epoxies, silicones, urethanes, and acrylics that feature two-gallon reservoirs, allowing bulk packaged materials use.
The dispenser provides ±1% repeatability and selectable mix ratios and comes with a selector switch for continuous or individual shot control and a foot pedal for hands-free operation.
It features adjustable shot sizes down to 1cc and offers standard ratios of 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1.
Ashby claims that the two-part adhesive dispenser is suitable for potting, silicone molding, prototyping, gasketing, syringe filling, and related assembly applications.
