Contract Medical manufacturing company, Juno, is planning to buy and renovate a former 112,000 ft2 packaging plant in Anoka, Minnesota, US, for $6m.
To support the project the Anoka City Council expects to provide up to $149,000 in property tax abatements to Juno in the next 10 years, reports StarTribune.
Juno carries out tooling and process capability studies, verifies process consisting of IQ, OQ, and PQ, provides first article inspection report as well as conduct validation studies.
Juno is also involved in sterile barrier packaging of medical equipments to validate microrganism barrier for aseptic presentation of the product as well as to meet stringent packaging validation requirements.
Juno said its metal products business will join another division of Cretex to become a new company that will be run by the company's president David Novak.
