Spain based provider of eco-friendly finishes for textiles and garments – Jeanologia is exhibiting at the Igatex show, which runs from October 21–24, 2014 in Lahore – Pakistan.
At its booth, Jeanologia is displaying latest developments in denim and knits made by laser technology, ozoneG2, eflow and nanobubbles.
According to Jeanologia, increase in productivity and use of sustainable technologies are key factors for the development of the textile sector in Pakistan.
“The use of techniques for automating processes and developing production processes, respectful to the environment, such as the ones created by us, allow to reduce costs and to increase productivity in the sector,” it said.
Specifically, Jeanologia is showing ‘Indigo Knits & Yoga Pants’, a window into indigo-dyed knits and amazing designs.
Its technology creates vintage effects which reveal wear and tear and effects of the sun. It also offers dimensional effects on embroidery, stitched, volume, mending and faded effects with textures and vintage patchwork.
For the denim sector, Jeanologia is showing new vintage laser designs, and techniques of micro-breaks, ristipisto and illusory patches, that have been achieved by combining laser and ozone technology.
In addition, the company is also displaying its latest dynamic engraving project, a new technology which makes it possible to engrave authentic patterns in fabric form before it´s actually made into garments.
These systems, developed by the Spanish company for over 20 years, allows saving water, energy and chemicals while reducing costs and enable automation of the process of garment finishing.
