Max Publishing has launched its first Progressive Preschool Awards for 2013.
And the trade awards are now officially open for entry.
The event will be held on Monday, November 11th at the Dorchester Hotel and will reward outstanding achievement and excellence in product, retail and marketing in the UK pre-school sector.
Progressive Preschool is currently compiling a panel of judges comprised of retailers and industry heavyweight to judge the 19 categories.
The ceremony will be made up of ten retailer awards, eight product and one marketing award.
The closing date for Product entry is May 31st, Marketing is August 30th and Retail deadline is September 2nd.
For the Progressive Preschool awards, Rob Willis, said: "It is our mission to establish the Progressive Preschool Awards as true benchmarks for the pre-school sector.
