Spermatech has selected Dotmatics Platform as its central system to manage and analyse its scientific data.
Spermatech, an early drug development company, identifies small molecules which can be developed into a non-hormonal male contraceptive.
Dotmatics Platform will be used to manage and analyse data from chemistry leads to biological assays including protein sequencing.
Spermatech using Studies Notebook will handle experimental information while Browser will be used as its single query and reporting system along with Vortex as data analysis and visualisation tool.
The three modules combined with the rest of the Dotmatics Platform are expected to provide complete informatics management of the Spermatech's data workflow.
Spermatech CSO Tuva Holt-Hereng said Spermatech has chosen Dotmatics as it provides all the functionalities needed in a single platform.
