With two full days of lingerie and swimwear events,Shanghai Mode Lingerie and INTERFILIERE Shanghai have come to the end of the 8th edition with a tremendous success!
250 INTERFILIERE exhibitors covering the 7 product based sectors;from fabrics to laces,embroideries to machinery,OEM,accessories and textile designers.This year the sourcing event hosted 7.282 trade visitors from 55 countries.
The theme of the trend forum"Bewitched"–GOOD girl,BAD girl–highlighted the trends for the lingerie and swimwear collections of summer 2014.The trend forum realized by Jos Berry,Concepts Paris was highly spoken about and even called the best ever had in Shanghai.
With 13.500 sqm of exhibition area,the trade visitors were satisfied of the variety and quality brought by the Asian and international exhibitors.
Additionally,the 2012 seminar schedule was filled with industry knowledge and insights from lingerie and swimwear experts and peers.Not only did the trade visitors enjoy the topics including e-commerce,buying behavior within the swimwear industry,innovation&technology in lingerie manufacturing and brand building;also the exhibitors got involved and shared their know how and expertise.

With the commitment of the Asian and international brands to making Shanghai a lingerie&swimwear utopia during the 2 day event,there was a 45%increase of visitors to Shanghai Mode Lingerie.
50 lingerie and swimwear brands showcased their latest collections on their personalized booths and private rooms and during the 4 all-embracing fashion shows.
The runway was covered with the exclusive lingerie and swimwear pieces from the most renowned Asian and international brands.The fashion shows received stunning reviews and the GOOD girl,BAD girl theme added a diverting story line to the fashion shows.
In addition,Queen'd,Eve's Temptation and Gujin had their own branded fashion shows that attracted an exclusive international and Asian audience.
One of the highlights of The Lingerie Design Week was the awards given to the brands that have supported the ties between Paris and Shanghai for many years.
The 3 awards were given to Chuanhua Yang,President of Gujin;Wei Sun,General Manager of Aimer and Olivier Piquet,Managing Director of Lise Charmel.
Marie Claire launched their Miao charity project during the gala night of Shanghai Mode Lingerie on October 21.The Editorial Director of Marie Claire China,Mrs Lina Deng,introduced this new project to our VIP guests who showed a lot of interest.
Following the success of the 2 trade shows,the first ever Shanghai retail tour took place on October 24 visiting the 5 key department stores,shopping centers and top lingerie boutiques.The participants were openly welcomed by the management and received inside information.Last but not least,the Lingerie Française Exhibition started on October 22 profiling more than 100 years of design,innovations,savoir-faire,luxury,and…seduction!
The exhibition celebrates the artisanship of French corsetry.
