European bottler Dolphin has acquired the bottling plant of Eden Springs in Porla Brunn Sweden, in a bid to expand the five gallon bottling business.
Dolphin managing director Peter Hogervorst said the acquisition will lead to synergy effects between the company's plants in Holland and Scandinavia on quality, knowledge and management systems.
"Contract bottling for other customers in Scandinavia and bottling of the SmartPack consumer pack will expand Porla Brunn's activities. Next step is to expand our webshop WaterCoolerWeb.eu to Sweden," Hogervorst said.
According to Dolphin, the bottling plant comprises about 1872m2 floor space divided in 840m2 production area and 1032m2 warehouse.
