Federal Manufacturing is all set to exhibit a filling/capping solution suitable for four liter containers of milk, juice, and other free-flowing liquids at the Centro Banamex Convention Center during Expo Pack Mexico City taking place from 18-21 June 2013.
Featuring stainless steel construction, the Federal GWSS2/12.4 filler/capper has been designed and rated for wash down environments.
According to Federal Manufacturing, a Pro Mach brand, the 12 filling valve/four capping station unit, which is compact, is certified to the 3A sanitary standard.
Container size ranges from .2 to 4l and the unit can fill and cap at up to 120 units per minute.
The system is equipped with a sanitary product in-feed valve with positioner and level control package that ensures sanitary handling and accuracy for low waste.
Federal sales and marketing manager Mike Collins said the GWSS2/12.4 is a better value for filling and capping free flowing liquids in terms of efficiency, productivity, and ease-of-use.
"This is especially true for operations that package liquids in four liter containers. We hope that Expo Pack Mexico attendees stop by the Federal booth 1726 for a demonstration," Collins said.
