Paper tubes, cores and cans manufacturer Summer Industries has announced the opening a new plant in Neenah, Wisconsin, US.
The new plant manufactures paperboard tubes and cores on manufacturing lines, which are designed and built in-house.
According to the company, the Neenah plant, which represents an investment of over $1.5m, will create over 20 new manufacturing jobs when it is in full operation.
The facility expands the company's plant network to six manufacturing facilities serving the eastern half of the US.
Summer Industries supplies spiral-wound paper tubes, cores, and composite cans that are made from 100% recycled paperboard.
