Top Value Fabrics Introduces a New Range of Fabrics

Top Value Fabrics, the US-based international textile supplier, has unveiled a new range of fabrics that can serve as a brilliant printing platform for various upscale advertising applications.

Dubbed as Dye Sub Performance Textiles, the collection includes five varieties of fabrics that can be utilized for printing banners, exhibiting graphics, banner stands, lightbox frame systems, and theatrical and advertising displays.

Available in widths from 60” – 126” and meeting the NFPA 701 FR specifications, the cloth range, after imaging, provides outstanding color consistency, excellent image sharpness and a wide color range.

Jeff Nonte, the company’s Print Media Program Manager, said in a statement, “Our Dye Sub Performance Textile line debuted at the SGIA Expo in Las Vegas and was met with tremendous interest. The media in this line is uncoated, and is constructed specifically for printers who require a high-end look and feel with dye sub transfer-only ink compatibility and pricepoint. These fabrics are an excellent fit for printers who use transfer technology for upscale applications.”

The range’s triple-layered, woven polyester, bright white coloured fabric Triple White is engineered to block images from the print surface and to prevent image washout due to lighting behind the sign. The uncoated, flame resistant cloth is specifically for printers who require brilliant results using dye sub transfer technology. Its applications include retail POP displays, banners, retractable banner stands, backlit display frames, theatrical displays and tradeshow graphics.

The wrinkle and fire resistant, woven, uncoated, backlit, white polyester fabric Tri Poly is ideal for printers who demand high performance textiles for dye sub transfer production. The cloth can be used for both front-lit and backlit advertising and displays as well as interior decor.

The heavyweight knitted polyester fabric Heavy Knit is versatile due to its construction and weight and can be used for various applications including backdrops whereas the double-sided, bright white, triple-layered fabric named Ultra White Blockout, which also has various applications such as blockout curtains, is engineered with a black blockout layer in the centre for beautiful imagery and excellence in double-sided graphics.

Operational for more than 40 years, Indiana-based Top Value Fabrics specializes in a wide array of print media, industrial textiles and recreational fabrics. The company has a nationwide network of offices, distribution centres and shipping locations. (PB)
