Oman Cement Co (OCC) and Raysut Cement have launched a feasibility study aimed at determining the viability of setting up a cement plant in Duqm, Times of Oman has reported. "If the feasibility report says it is viable to install the plant, supply cement locally and for export market there is nothing like it.
