US-based dairy firm Fair Oaks Farms has launched its artisan cheese gift collection in several varieties, just in time for the holiday season.
The Champion Collection includes a full pound of Aged Gouda, Emmentaler and Sweet Swiss, packed in an attractive Fair Oaks Farms wooden container.
The Cream of the Crop features five cheeses - Smoked Gouda, Havarti Pepper, Sweet Swiss, Gouda, and Emmentaler, reported nwitimes.com.
Fair Oak Farms marketing director Leslie Rusk said that the company will supervise the whole process of the manufacturing of cheeses to provide the best quality cheese.
Fair Oak Farms offers dairy products, cheese and gourmet food baskets across US. It is owned by the Bos, den Dulk, McCloskey, Schakel, and Van Ravenswaay families.
