SHARES in specialist telecoms construction firm Service Stream crashed to an all-time low yesterday as the company failed to rally against the negative fallout of breaching its banking covenants.

Service Stream shares touched a record low of 13c in morning trade before recovering slightly to 15c for a 9 per cent decline.
