Genworth US Mortgage Insurance (USMI), a unit of Genworth Financial (GNW), has introduced a redesigned Commitment/Certificate of Insurance, to help customers to easily understand information about their mortgage insurance.
The document has been redesigned to provide additional loan-level detail for customers with enhanced readability.
While retaining process for submitting loans, ordering mortgage insurance, or activating mortgage insurance coverage, the redesigning involved renaming some data fields, adding of new data fields and submission method.
Launched as another element of Genworth USMI's exclusive Simplify MI, the simplified Commitment/Certificate will improve mortgage insurance experience and provide additional value beyond a competitive price for customers.
The Commitment/Certificate of Insurance will be issued following approval of mortgage insurance application from Genworth USMI, to provide key data of the mortgage insurance coverage that applies to a specific loan for its customers.
