Weekly PV Highlights:
The initial installation numbers for the week ending 16th December 2012 show 1,703 installations in that week compared to 1,557 for the week ending 9th December 2012. The weekly figure for 16th December is 9 per cent higher than that for 9th December 2012.
The total number of installations on the MCS is 393,408 now up from 391,705 (week ending 9th December 2012). This is a 0.4 per cent rise in the total number of installations.
The total capacity installed increased by 6.1 MW, to stand at 1.38 GW (week ending 16th December 2012). The weekly capacity installed is 18 per cent higher than the previous week and a rise of 0.4 per cent in total installed capacity.
