A new fish wrap, known as Sira-Flex Sea-Fresh Fish Wrap, has been added to Sirane’s range of seafood packaging solutions.
Sira-Flex Sea-Fresh Fish Wraps is ideal for protecting large fish loins and whole fish during transportation and is designed to absorb excess moisture while enabling the fish to breathe.
However, the warps do not absorb essential fish oils.
Sirane sales director Jeremy Haydn-Davies said: "Our new Sira-Flex Sea-FreshFish Wraps have great wet strength, so won't peel away or tear until you are ready to remove them.
"The wraps are odourless, tasteless and colourless and are a great solution for keeping seafood fresh, enabling it to retain its colour and texture for longer."
The new wraps protect the fish during transit, absorb some excess moisture and allow seafood to breathe.
