US-based rigid packaging provider TricorBraun has implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX and Junction Solutions’ distribution functionality.
The new solution, designed for business-to-business and business-to-consumer multi-channel retailers and distribution companies, included wireless warehouse, trade promotions management and order management with additional sales order, order management and call center functionality.
According to Junction Solutions, the functionality will enable TricorBraun to achieve key business objectives including automating manual processes, achieving visibility into business data and improved functionality to streamline acquisitions and further international expansion.
TricorBraun vice president of Information Technology Doug Bolen said the company has rolled out the solution in its 29 North American locations and its international locations as planned.
Junction Solutions' 20-month implementation timeline included planning and a phased nine-month rollout to TricorBraun's locations.
