Huntsman International LLC announced that it has extended the expiration date of its offer to exchange (the “Exchange Offer”) all of its outstanding 5.125% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Old Notes”) for an equal principal amount of 5.125% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “New Notes”) that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act").
The Exchange Offer was originally scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on March 28, 2014. The expiration date of the Exchange Offer had been extended until 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on April 4, 2014.
As of the time of this news update, approximately €296,650,000 of the €300,000,000 outstanding Old Notes have been tendered for exchange. The Company has extended the expiration date in order to allow all note holders ample opportunity to tender their Old Notes in connection with the Exchange Offer. Old Notes tendered for exchange may be withdrawn at any time prior to the expiration of the Exchange Offer.
