The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has announced the result of its expiry review concerning the dumping and subsidizing of carbon steel welded pipe from China.
The CITT has found that the dumping and subsidizing of carbon steel welded pipes from China are likely to result in injury. Accordingly, the Canada Border Services Agency will continue to impose anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on this product.
The expiry review regarding the duties in question was initiated in December 2012.
