SKIL Power Tools, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Robert Bosch Tool of Illinois, has launched new wine bottle opener - Skil iXO Vivo Power Corkscrew.
The Skil iXO Vivo kit includes a 4V max palm-size cordless screwdriver, corkscrew attachment, foil cutter, wine stopper, 5-piece bit set, charger and storage box.
The iXO Vivo power corkscrew attachment adheres with the cordless screwdriver and safely removes the cork from wine bottle in under ten seconds.
Some of its additional features include Lithium Ion Battery that holds a charge for up to 18 months, Sitelight LED Work Light that illuminates hard-to-see areas, Battery Fuel Gauge that indicates when to charge the tool, Forward/Reverse Indicators that show drilling direction and one-fourth inch Hex Bit Holder that allows for fast and easy bit changes.
Skil Power Tools product manager Mallika Patel said since the launch of the original Skil iXO in 2005, users have loved the iXO for fixing everyday do-it-yourself tasks.
"Now, it can help our consumers unwind and relax when they choose to enjoy a bottle of wine at home or with friends," Patel added.
The Skil iXO Vivo kit is currently available at select stores nationwide and online at a suggested retail price of $49.99.
