According to statistics released by the Turkish Exporters' Association (TIM), Turkey’s steel export values totaled US$1.1 billion in July, falling by 11.3% year on year and decreasing by 3.1% from a month ago.
In July, the country’s export values generated by motor vehicle sector hit US$1.96 billion, jumping by 35.4% year on year.
In the first seven months of this year, the country’s steel export values amounted to US$8.6 billion, decreasing by 7.8% in comparison of the figures in the same period of a year ago.
