Tenaris has started operation of two new U and O forming presses at its mill in Brazil. This project is focusing on producing greater wall thickness of various steel grade tubes over 1.5" with diameter between 12 3/4" ~ 48". It’s expected to resist sour and corrosive conditions under deep water pressure, increase and improve productivity & quality along with 35% more of energy consumption during production in order to supply for oil and gas sectors.
