Global pressure sensitive label materials supplier UPM Raflatac has announced the qualification of a wide range of paper and film labelstocks for iSys Label’s LED toner-based digital label printers.
The new product offering can be used in various print-on-demand applications and end-uses including roll-to-sheet/VIP labeling; health and beauty and industrial chemical labeling; and retail information and wine labeling.
iSys Label marketing manager Candice Kulcher said that the pace of the digital labeling and packaging market is growing.
"iSys Label and UPM Raflatac have teamed up to provide labelstock converters with digital print-on-demand solutions that increase their operational flexibility and customer responsiveness while ensuring the highest of quality," Kulcher said.
The digital printers of iSys use LED toner technology to produce images for short and medium-sized tag as well as label tasks.
