The global fashion brand United Colors of Benetton has come up with two revolutionary lines of knitwear that enhance the shape of men’s and women’s bodies.
Named as Muscle Fit for men and Pin Up for women, the body hugging, nipped in waist Fall/Winter 2014 ranges, which will be available for purchase from October 13, 2014 onwards, have been infused with invisible seams in strategic places that give a slimmer and smoother look.
Made using light cashmere in three different weights and finenesses, the super slim fit curve accentuating womenswear collection is crafted from both single as well as sporty nine-yarn cabled country styles.
Based in a mixed palette of acidic tones like fuchsia and lime yellow alongside softer shades of tobacco, grey and black, the form flattering sweaters’ three-dimensional weave pattern enhances the bust and waist of females and removes the extra wool that adds bulk to their figures.
Devoid of any uncomfortable elstane patches, the extremely comfy and wearable Muscle Fit line flatters men’s shapes by accenting their shoulders. Replete with the same three-dimensional weaving technology as in the womenswear version, the pieces come with strategically placed invisible seams on shoulders and armholes that trim the upper torso without highlighting the curvy areas of the male body.
Owned by the Italy-based Benetton Group, United Colors of Benetton specializes in men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and fashion accessories.
