Daimler Trucks has delivered 120 of the 140 Freightliner trucks ordered by two transport and logistics companies in Mexico.
Of the total, 90 trucks were ordered by Express- and package delivery service Estafeta, while the remaining 50 were from UNNE Corporate.
The order included supply of the medium-duty and heavy-duty types Freightliner Business Class M2 and Freightliner Cascadia.
Daimler has delivered 70 trucks to Estafeta, while the remaining will be followed by the end of 2012, which will be 80% operated with commercial vehicles of the Daimler Trucks brand.
Estafeta offers additional services, among others, supply chain management and air freight as well as it is active internationally with import and export services in 230 countries.
The automaker has already delivered 50 Freightliner Cascadia to UNNE Corporate, which are being operated TRACSA (Transportación Carretera).
TRACSA transports of several types of freight like construction and raw materials, and crude oil derivatives.
