Brand enhancement specialist API has created a new visual identity for SnowFox vodka.
Claimed to be integrated perfectly with the brand essence of the vodka made by Port Royal Distillers, the coil, dubbed API 1000 TA foil, shows off the piercing gaze of the Canadian snow fox on the shrink label of the bottle.
SnowFox Vodka is a vodka drink which has a subtle sweet taste targeted for the upscale drinkers. It is said to have drawn inspiration from the purity of the snow fox and the Canadian arctic.
The over-printable TA cold foil is applied to the vodka bottle’s front graphic panel of the shrink label manufactured by Spectrol. The cold foil has the Canadian snow fox shown in finely detailed close-up with its head over the top of an icy blue labeled area.
Spectrol account manager Vishal Sahadeo said: “Originally, we were using a different foil and experiencing some problems, but when we switched to the foil from API, everything clicked into place.
“We wanted to create an effect that wasn’t already available on the shelf, and the result, with the amazing blue eyes of the snow fox, certainly achieves this. It’s one of the most visually arresting labels we have ever produced.”
On the lower half of the vodka bottle, the API cold foil gives out an air of textured quality by bringing out a doming effect on the brand name while the second “O” in it replaced with a paw impression.
The foil for SnowFox Vodka is printed at the Spectrol factory in Ontario, Canada by Gallus EM5 10S 20-inch flexographic printing press featuring ten colors and a full servo drive.
