Germany-based Rotocontrol is set to demonstrate its new RSP single pass 100% security inspection machine, designed for compliance with the demanding security label inspection and finishing applications.
The machine will be demonstrated with the AVT PrintVision/Helios II, the 100% inspection technology, which has been designed to meet the requirements of any label and narrow web application.
RSP can operate in three distinct levels of compliance conforming to the required level of security and has a small footprint requiring only 1.2 x 2.6m of floor space.
The machine also consists of the vacuum splice table which delivers operator efficiency by allowing automatic placement of mill-splice/flags, matrix/missing labels and vision detected defects right on the vertical inspection plate/waste rewind for reworking.
Rotocontrol will introduce the new product at Labelexpo Americas 2012, the label converting event that will be held between 11 to 13 September in Chicago, US.
