Symbility Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits has struck a five year deal with SSQ General Insurance Company, according to which SSQ will integrate Symbility solution into its operations.
SSQauto will deploy Symbility Claims Connect, which will facilitate the underwriter to process its property insurance claims across its network of adjustors and building contractors, said the firm.
Apart from the aforesaid solution, SSQauto will also use Symbility Mobile Claims, which provides an easy-to-use estimating tool designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed during the estimation process.
The application integrates measurements, diagrams and pricing databases to create property and casualty claim estimates quickly, claims SSQauto.
Expressing views on the deployment of new solution, SSQauto claims vice-president Eric Thériault said the firm has decided to select Symbility as its claims processing and estimating solution of choice due to the flexibility of the software and the dynamic billing model it offers to vendor partners.
"We also like that there are regular updates to the database, which give us instant access to the most accurate pricing on the market. Symbility is an important player in the development of our recommended vendor network," Thériault added.
