Creek Drilling Will Assess The Extent of Copper Anomalism Identified by Historic Drilling

The Yalcowinna Creek drilling will assess the extent of copper anomalism identified by historic drilling under soil and alluvial cover to the southeast and south of the outcropping lodes.

Reverse circulation drilling to test any newly defined targets could commence in the Q1 of 2013.Drilling at Parnell is expected to start before the end of this year.Geophysical surveys will also be carried out at Allendale and Razorback to locate sulphide targets for follow up drilling in 2013.

Yalcowinna Creek is located about 40 kilometers northeast of Broken Hill.Historic geological mapping, rock chip sampling and RAB geochemical surveys have identified a strong copper zone associated with north striking gossanous lode rocks over an area of 600 by 150 meters.

Silver City believes there is potential for discovery of higher grade, stratigraphically controlled copper deposits similar in style to the lead, zinc and silver deposits which occur in Broken Hill. The historic Parnell Mine is a BHT style occurrence located 15 kilometers north of Broken Hill.

Known mineralization is hosted in three lodes within the hinge of a south plunging fold structure.Geological assessments suggests that extensions to mineralization extend southward beneath a large area of alluvial cover.
