With support from the Eastern Ontario Development Fund (EODF), wire and cable player Domtech is investing in "innovative technology and equipment" to produce new products and expand its existing electrical wire and cable product lines.
"We appreciate the Ontario government's commitment to helping local companies innovate and grow," said Tim Bannon, Domtech co-president. "Ontario's support is helping us introduce new product lines and improve our competitiveness in global markets."
"We are proud to partner with Domtech, a company ready to expand production, improve efficiency and increase their competitiveness here and abroad," said Dr. Eric Hoskins, minister of economic development, trade and employment. "This expansion project means 104 people in Trenton will have jobs to support their families."
