Storopack has unveiled a new machine PAPERplus Classic that processes rolls of kraft paper and recycled paper into paper padding for protective packaging of medium to heavy-weight products.
According to the company, the new machine can be installed directly facing the operator, with the output chute of the paper padding in a vertical line to the carton.
Storopack's PAPERplus Classic, that can convert kraft paper and 100% recycled paper into a roll width of 600mm, allows operators to adjust its packaging speed that reaches up to 50m per minute.
Built with the latest technology, the machine's operation can be optimised in keeping with company's 'Working Comfort' approach, said the company.
The PAPERplus Classic machine, which is suitable with several operating sites, incorporates features comprising adjustable height, touch panel, and casing that reduces noise emissions.
Storopack claims that its new machine, which is capable to process single and double-ply paper grades, can be integrated into the diverse packing stations.
PAPERplus Classic machine is said to be suitable for both the protective functions of cushioning and bracing, and void filler for medium to heavy-weight products.
