Coesia Group firm IPI has introduced a new platform for the aseptic carton packaging of liquid food products.
The Flexpeed Aseptic FX120 filling machine can be used for the aseptic packaging of products, including milk, wine, fruit juices, tomato sauce and other liquid foods.
Flexpeed is a novel technological platform, which can form, fill and seal around 12,000 aseptic carton packages per hour for 100ml to 375ml sizes, while 10,000 per hour for the 500ml to 1000ml sizes.
The FX120 filling machine enables customers to produce products with different volumes and shapes. It is installed with a system for the automatic change of the packaging materials.
According to the company, the new filling machine enables to shift from the production of a package type to a completely different one for shape and volume
Featuring ergonomic design, the new machine includes human-machine interface (HMI) that helps in simple operations and precise control over the production.
The machine, which can be placed in diverse production environments, holds capacity to integrate additional modules such as straw or cap applicators.
