Marchesini Group will showcase its counting line 'Compact 24 Synchro' at Pack Expo event, scheduled to be held from 28 – 30 September in Las Vegas, Nevada, US.
Designed to serve the needs of solid dosage packaging market, Compact 24 Synchro has been stated to be a monoblock capable of executing high production speeds coupled with top counting precision, attaining an output rate of around 150 vials a minute.
The new system adapts two technologies, Twin Flap and Synchro-dynamic conveyance system.
Twin Flap increases the speed of the 12 channels of each counting unit by cutting the dwell time of the bottle under the funnel , while the conveyance system moves the counted product into the vial in continuous motion.
Marchesini's US unit, based out of Caldwell in New Jersey, has cartoners, blister and deep draw thermoformers, form/fill/seal machines, vial, ampoule filling-stoppering-closing units and sterilization/depyrogenation tunnels under its product lineup.
The new counting line would be put up for display alongside Sirio 3 Bottle Unscrambler/Bottom Code Reader that can handle round, square, oval or rectangular containers.
